Here are LOTS of ideas that I gathered from Internet Land...none of these are my original photos and I wish I could credit them all but they are randomly saved to my desktop and I won't bother finding the original source.
btw, i'm not sure what I like and don't like for my actually wedding yet. I like some elements in these pictures, but not always the actual thing. Let me know what you guys think!
I love the sweetheart neckline of this gown...I don't know if I would want to deal with maybe having to pull up my dress all night in fear of my goods spilling out :) |
This dress is so romantic and I'm all about that. My favorite part is the scalloped detail of the lace in the back. Unfortunately, a bra wouldn't be the easiest thing to put into a dress like this. |
I love that this bride's whole back is out...the straps look really dainty and feminine too. Of course, no bra would be of concern. Pockets are a plus, for lipgloss :) |
I don't actually like this dress, I just like that the straps are no fuss. |
So here I am in a dress that i've dubbed, the Mummy Dress. I like the silhouette but all that ruching and extra fabric is just too much for me. It might be nice on someone else though.
I think the back is boring but the train is dramatic, which is cool... minus the long tails of the bow. |
I like this neckline but that's about it. |
Well whatever you decide to wear...you'll be gorgeous. It's so freakin exciting!
ReplyDeleteThere will plenty of opportunities to stress and lose sight of what's important. In those times, stop. Take a breath. And say, it's about AW and I. Find what'll make you two happy, and say eff the rest cause at the end of the day, the wedding is just that, a wedding. It isn't a reflection of how much you two love each other. It isn't a reflection of how much your friends and family love you guys. It's a celebration, and should remain that. Don't let the wedding cause you to lose sight of the real deal, marriage.
Time ta paaaah-tay!!!

i'm gonna call you if I ever get stressed and have you repeat this comment to me and tell me to go get some wine and relax! :P
DeleteGoing thru similar stressors and my wedding isn't until next may. Ive come to the realization of ms Cece's statements the hard way and I'm so happy now. Enjoy the process and cherish these moments ( get a wedding binder too).
ReplyDeleteCongrats to you! How did you de-stress when things got overwhelming?

Did u choose a date yet?
As for the dresses you chose some nice ones and I agree with u that strapless dresses may be a bit "dangerous" :)
Would u like to follow each other?
