Look Of The Day!

I really have the best neighbors! Like, seriously...I have a whole building full of great people. It's so much fun meeting new people and going to different events with them. Last week, I went to a fun pasta dinner at my neighbor's house. I brought yummy treats from Amelie's (of course), Moravian Cookies and Starborough :) Here's what I wore!

Amelie's and Moravian cookies are so yum +  Starborough Sauvignon Blank

  1. So pretty :). My hair is natural also and bit shorter than yours. I find that I have to re-twist my hair in 2 strand twists at night if I want my tresses to lay right and look decent the next day. How do you manage this Mia? Do you place your hair in a bun or twists at night? Do you apply any additional hair product before you head out?

  2. Hi Liz :) I put my hair in a super high ponytail every night so that the curls dont get flat. This picture was a few days after a wash and go so it
was frizzy but I don't mind it too much. I spray my hair with water add conditioner, coconut oil and olive oil gel every time I wear it out.

  3. You're so gorgeous that frizzies don't even matter ;). I absolutely love wash-and-go styles but that doesn't really work for me for some reason...maybe it depends on the curl pattern because I get alot of shrinkage. I have mostly 4B texture with some 4A mixed in. I haven't given up trying the wash-and-go once in a while though!
